The thalassotherapy Centre is a building of 3000 sq meters, where wood is ubiquitous. It is designed in semicircle around the solarium, and lets penetrate daylight into the cabins of care, which is very pleasant.

A 25 metre swimming pool warmed at 29°C, a swimming pool for rehabilitation, cabins of massage, jet spray area, solarium, room of gym and body-building.

An exclusive Sublim Age program, allying care of thalassotherapy and aesthetics (the centre has 7 beauticians) helps you fight against the effects of ageing.

Carnac Brittany - Accor Thalassa

The place : Carnac is situated in the South of Brittany. It has been for more than 2000 years the place of treatments lavished by the ocean. The Roman had already chosen this site for their thermal baths. Carnac means in Breton language" the place with a pile of stones", as a reference to the alignment of menhirs and megaliths you find in the region.

The thalassotherapy institute is located 100 metres away from the Ocean, protected by a peninsula, by a lagoon listed as a bird sanctuary where you can watch many sorts of birds. Hotels and residences : Carnac offers a wide choice of accommodation: two hotels connected with the treatment programmes area and a residence.

Hotel "Novotel Thalassa"
The Novotel Thalassa hotel has 109 rooms with a view on the ocean or salt marshes. All rooms equipped with air-conditioning. The hotel proposes many animations in the evening.

Hotel "Ibis"
The Ibis Thalassa Hotel has 119 rooms. 23 of them are duplex flats arranged for the young mothers.

Hotel "Carnac Residence"
The Carnac Residence has 34 apartments with balcony, and will offer you autonomy and a lot of room, although it is not directly attached to the spa and thalassotherapy Centre. Also, ther is a kitchen area, small lounge, telephone and satellite TV. Balconies face the salt marshes.

Restaurants : Three restaurants have a panoramic sight on the salt marshes.

Restaurant "Clipper"
Le Clipper" (in the Novotel Hotel) will propose you traditional menus, with a wide choice of seafood.

Restaurant "Le Diététique"
Le Diététique restaurant (or Dietetics in English) (in the Novotel Hotel) proposes healthy menus as its name indicates.

Restaurant "La Fleur de Sel"
The “Fleur de Sel” Restaurant is located in the building of the Ibis Hotel and offers traditional menus.

Sports et leisures : The Health Area includes a solarium, sauna, a hammam, room of body-building and gymnastics, ping-pong.

You will be proposed many activities with an extra: aquaerobics, stretch, massage, relaxation, UV, tennis (8 courts), bike rental.

Excursions towards The Trinity, cruises towards Belle-Ile and the gulf of Morbihan.
